  I had essenz cater an event. Food was good, the tasting session was nice. Unprofessional is the best way to describe the business. I had the concern that the power required for there ovens in combination with the onsite fridges was going to trip the power, when I asked them for the power requirements for their ovens they kept deferring me until I pushed them for the information and was told they couldn't tell me because the "label" on the oven was black! Useless. They offer bar tenders and waiters but they couldn't carry a tray or pour a drink properly. Also what catering serivce that offers bartenders and waiters doesnt own bartrays, I had to supply them myself, I mean its like a builder not having there own drill or hammer. If they actually had competition like what is in Melbourne they would be out of business so quickly. Would not recommend them for event catering. The cafe seemed nice enough.
